Our physical store is where we sell our coffee, pastries, and flowers for on-site purchases.

You can also visit us to place custom orders for arrangements in person.

Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing and shoes when visiting the store.

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

Order Pickup

Please wait for a notification before picking up your order.

Preparation time may vary depending on order size or custom items.

The last pickup slot is at 4:15 PM, as the store closes promptly at 5:00 PM.

Orders not picked up by closing will be held for pickup the following business day.

Bring your order number and a valid ID when picking up your order.
Cancellations and Refunds/Damaged or Missing Items

Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Custom or special orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Please contact us promptly if you have any concerns about your order.

Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery.

Report any damages or missing items within 12 hours for resolution.
Delivery

Delivery is available within a 35-mile radius of our café location.

The last delivery time is 4:30 PM.

Delivery service applies to flower arrangements and gift arrangements only.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.
